This notice explains how ZMarketing ("Z", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website.
When you request a free marketing audit, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, work email, company and website, your role, an optional WhatsApp number, the web addresses you ask us to review, and your answers about your business, markets, channels, media spend, costs and margins, and growth situation. We also record your time zone, read from your browser so we can reply at a sensible hour, and the time you gave consent.
While you fill in the form, your answers are kept in your browser's session storage so that a reload does not lose them. They stay on your device, and they are removed when you submit the form or close the tab.
When you submit the form, your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions. We do not store it. Our hosting provider may also record standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and operational purposes.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use the information you submit through this form for advertising audiences.
We process the information you submit to take the steps you asked for before a possible engagement, and on the basis of the consent you give when you confirm the form. We process technical logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing this website.
Your information is handled by service providers that support our operations, acting on our instructions: our hosting provider, which runs this website and the form, and our email delivery and email providers, which deliver your request to us. If you contact us via WhatsApp, your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
We keep audit request information for as long as needed to prepare the audit and respond to you, and afterwards only as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may ask us to delete it at any time.

We operate from Indonesia and work with international clients and service providers, some of which process data outside Indonesia. Where personal information is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected.
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or other third-party tracking scripts.
